| About the HOA | |
The association was formed to establish a standard for individual and common properties, and to maintain the amenities. The desired end result was to create a neighborhood that would grow in value as people built equity. The association was also created to build a distinct community, capable of governing itself according to the original covenants. We've successfully prevented general decline and we've maintained fiscal strength. A core group of original homeowners remains, combined with a diverse group of newcomers committed to maintaining the common good.
