For those of you who are not members of the association, joining MTHOA is simple. Contact the chair of the membership committee, the Secretary of the Board, or the management company and let them know you’re interested. Someone will help you complete the necessary form and they’ll take care of the rest.

Alternately, you may fill out the consent for membership form, have it notarized, and return it to the management company.

*Note: It's important to note that once you're in the Association, your property will remain in the Association.

Why should I be a member of the Meadow Trace HOA?

The association was created to maintain original standards with the intent of sustaining value. When standards are met, every homeowner benefits as a member of the collective community. Additional benefits of membership include access to the facilities, (pool and tennis), participation in social events, and having a vote in community affairs.
